Not very helpful. Had been ordering a certain way for a longtime. Grafityp send the wrong size, we query it and the rather abrupt and kind of rude call attendant said there was nothing they would do. We as a company spen a lot with them that will now be directed towards other businesses.

Grafityp are 100% our go to for all our clothing vinyl. By far they stock the largest collection, everything is always in stock. Only once in 12 years we’ve had to wait for a backorder but we’re kept in the loop all the time.They ship out with efficiency and speed and the customer service is second to none!Many thanks, Ocean Blue Graphics x

I have only used three times so far but can honestly say the service has been second to none, always arrived as expected and always correct items, also the staff very helpful and courteous on the phone.

I had a problem with my laser cutting machine today which is a LASERPRO MERCURY 2. Their technical department headed up by Krysztof did an incredible job using the remote interrogation tool Team-viewer, and within the space of around 15 min or so he managed to get the machine working perfectly! I will be using this company for all of my future needs and services as they were superbly helpful and speedy! I totally recommend them!

I have been a customer of Grafityp for many years and spent in excess of 50K with this company. I have witnessed a steady decline in the service that I received until I stopped using them over a year ago. Things sent out incorrectly, long waits at the trade counter and paying for returns when they have made errors. I believe business is about give and take and valued this company and its products. I ordered an a-board a few months ago and hadn't recieved nor chased the missing invoice. I was then contacted by Sue in accounts who raised my oversight. As I was onsite at the time installing signage I was unable to make the payment. Shortly after I recieved a letter from a debt collection solicitor for the £30 odd pound outstanding. This was perfectly timed with one of their sales reps trying to get more orders from us. The vinyl is good but its not a rare product I can match it from other suppliers with much better customer service and common sense.

Terrible service no consideration for your deadlines or business, ordered materials from them that are damaged and cannot be used they dont care that you are losing time, clients and business all they say is sorry nothing we can do and just leave you stranded. By far the worst service i have ever experienced.

My printer arrived the next day! Notifications throughout the dispatch process and delivery process. They forgot to add my inks to my order, so I emailed and they immediately called me and set them out for the next day! Amazing customer service!! Special thanks to Kelly gallagher
