A great service, door to door Brighton, good driving, amazing price, easy site to use, friendly? and helpful driver.However, friendly? l was upset for the man who was frantically waving at the driver to stop despite being just metres from the stop at Gatwick.A few of us were shouting stop but the driver laughed if off, at occasions like this I think where was the harm to just be NICE, you never know that persons position he may have had, like myself a recently fallen 92 year old waiting.Maybe due to seating problems or policies.Please be nice to people, give a smile, say something nice, bring about a smile, what made you smile today?

Awful experience me and a friend booked from London to Yorkshire. we stopped off In Sheffield for a short break well 2 minutes! Me and a few passengers got off to stretch our legs as I went to the vending machine which was in clear site of the coach was not even a 1 minute away turned round to see the coach had driven off all I had with me was my phone and a bit of change as my bag was on the coach with my friend. The driver was very rude and miserable would not recommend or neither will I be travelling with them ever again! I done the rest of my journey by train!

I had a great experience rushing to get from the Gatwick Airport from Heathrow, the employee helped me buy my ticket and point me in the right direction very graciously so I could be on my way quickly to the next flight. Thank you!

It’s a coach station at Gatwick airport - coaches up to London and then onwards to all over the country or down to Brighton from here. There’s no facilities here other than a waiting room with a vending machine and some toilets nearby that’s it. Buy food elsewhere before you arrive to wait for the coach.

The best service and very handy to get to Brighton from Gatwick . Landing at North Terminal Gatwick much better to take the National Express Coach rather than trapes to South Terminal, go through the rough crowds and the queues and wait for inefficient train services. Top marks to National Express for a very comfortable coach, excellent helpful friendly staff and we'll worth the fare. I will definitely choose this service again. Thank you.

Garbage service. If you book in another airport booth besides the main booth, your ticket will not be registered into their system. This means their customer service will have no clue where the bus is going

Arrived today at 6:30to buy ticket to Lon Heathrow and there no one at desk and information that due to roadwork tonight (written tonight not no proper date or hours) there are no buses… annoyed leaving and in last second see guy late arriving late At work in national express office (should be open at 6am) removing information about roadwork , pretendingThat nothing happened. We could be late for our transfer flight due to someone laziness and lack of competence.

Do not buy tickets online in advance. They charge you a fee for buying tickets in advance but then people queuing at the airport can pay for the ticket directly there without a fee and steal the seat that you already booked letting you wait for the next bus. National Express you should look into this.

It saved our bacon twice in travelling between Southampton and Gatwick during a rail strike, but one bus was 75 minutes late, unacceptable for an airport service.
