We had a distressing incident where our belongings were stolen, including computers, tablets, personal accessories, and even simple USB lights. Unfortunately, the situation worsened as the night staff at the front desk was unable to provide a timely solution. They initially discouraged us from contacting the police, which left us feeling not only frustrated but also deeply concerned about the safety of both guests and their belongings within the hotel chain.

The room is clean and close to the airport, but it's a bit far from the city center. The breakfast is reasonably priced. The floor is quite thin, so you can easily hear people walking on the floor above. Overall is good.

Room was spacious and clean.Housekeeping was super friendly and helpfulDining in the evening was interesting, mainly due to a lack of staff. They all appeared rushed and disjointed , however food was good and Dave really was trying his best.Breakfast was good with ample options.Although a little disorganized at the beginning we were soon met with organized Karen who was incredibly helpful and friendly. This lady deserves a pay rise. I genuinely felt a little sorry for the staff as they were all trying to make good of a poor situation. On our next cruise we will be finding elsewhere to stay.

Brilliant room, comfy bed with TV, coffee, tea, hair dryer etc. Clean and tidy with extra pillows! It was a little noisy after 11 from some of the other guests with music but all in all a good hotel with budget friendly rooms that don't feel budget. Recommended for trips out and into Southampton airport so you don't feel rushed the day of travel.

Clean, functional and efficient – ideal for the one night stay we were having. Though not using the airport, it was also really handy being close to the train station. Decent breakfast buffet offered too. The only downside was the slow check-in. Would definitely recommend if you need a stay in the area.

The Premier Inn brand is arguably one of the very best value for money brands in the UK! This particular one was simply delightful. Very spacious room, top class service, especially the breakfast! Oh the breakfast!!! Nice location too! Can't imagine staying anywhere else when we come visiting our son at uni from now on. Definite recommend for me!

Our room had a horrible Sent, the beds were very comfortable. If it's a one nite stay I would say okay . The service was great the rooms clean. I don't know what they spray in the rooms but it stinks. It may be for pet care due to the hotel being pet friendly.

Stayed the night before flying from Southampton Airport. The staff were very good and helpful, particularly Dave in the restaurant and the food was good also. The bedroom was what you expect from Premier Inn. Overall an ideal place to stop.

Dave in the restaurant is really helpful. But it is short staffed, as the restaurant is popular. The rooms are a good size. Be aware if you need a power point next to the bed for any reason they only have USB's. An extension will be needed.

Rooms are typical for a Premier Inn, clean and tidy. The staff here were amazing, very friendly and polite. They make you feel very welcome and at ease. Thanks Guys.
