Arnold Clark Car And Van Rental, Inverness

Had a great car hire experience for our family. The car and staff were great. We got a puncture halfway through the rental and Arnold Clark had us back on the road the next morning. Next time we're in Inverness we'll hire from here again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Absolutely brilliant.Easy to navigate web site to make the booking.We flew into Inverness Airport wanting to drive the NC500. By comparison to other rental firms the prices are good. Admittedly the other firms have pick up points directly at the airport, but Arnold offer a free transfer service to and from the Airport.This was on time, comfortable and the driver we had was really friendly and helpful giving us tips for our journey ahead.The paperwork was handled quickly and professionally.Our car was excellent. Clean and only 1000 miles on the clock. The car check was made with us there. And off we went.No problems at all. Car was returned. After a quick check and handing the keys back we were taken back to the airport.The NC500 is awesome by the way.If ever renting in the area again I'll definitely be a customer

This company was easy to work with when we needed roadside assistance. Billy, from West End Garage was great. Price for rental was the best and would use them again. We were pleased to get a ride to the bus station. Very helpful folks.

Absolutely fantastic service. James was fantastic, polite and absolutely aced it with customer service. There was a great atmosphere and everyone seemed happy. There was no parking however due to the driver being disabled he allowed us to park outside as a one off so kudos to him. Thank you James. Efficient. Easy to book. 100% stress free.

Our rental we picked up from Edinburgh had developed a slow leak that was getting worse, we popped into the Inverness branch and they couldn’t have been more helpful, checked the car and offered us a replacement car due to the alloy wheel being the cause of the leak. What an awesome service, no problem with the changeover. Would highly recommend !! Many thanks.

I had a fantastic experience with Arnold Clark -rented a car in Inverness. The car was very comfortable and extremely fuel efficient. My daughter and I visited the Outer Hebrides and Mull and the car performed wonderfully. The rental process was straightforward and easy, and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!!

We had an excellent experience renting a car for two days from this Arnold Clark location. We were greeted by James when we arrived; he was friendly and helpful throughout our car pick-up. He thoroughly explained the features of the car and patiently answered our questions. We were offered refreshments and help with our bags. The processes of picking up and returning the car were both very smooth. A free shuttle took us to the train station after we returned the car.

Booked online - you can't get to the branch who have always been great to deal with - they confirmed and asked for driver details but didn't attach the form. They sent it the next day and - get this - you need to reply within an hour otherwise they cancel the booking. So at 4pm on Friday they email me to tell me they are not going to bother fulfilling my booking. After appealing to them for something they came back offering me a tail-lift box van with a mileage limit. Twice the size, twice the price and can't get to my destination without a surcharge. I've taken the not so subtle hint and I won't use them again.Luckily a local company has stepped up and saved the house move. Appalled.

No deceptions.Service - friendly, flexible, coherent - they helped us upgrade for the additional cost quickly and without a fuss.Car - quality, modern car (better than the one we booked to be honest), clean, safe, well-serviced.Emergency support - always accessible and helpful. We got stuck once in a remote place and they were there while we sorted things out.This matters.Will I book again? Oh yeah! Without a doubt. Hope they keep getting even better :)

Faultless service - incredibly accommodating with great communication when our flight was delayed, shuttle bus to the airport was great and the all the staff were all really friendly. Car felt brand new, it was in excellent condition and the hiring process was straightforward. Really impressed!
