Compass Water Softeners

Martin was fab with advice and a very neat installation. He offered to deliver more salt when needed which we thought was fab but despite asking for over 2 weeks we are still waiting for our salt. We love our water softener and have now had to order elsewhere.We appreciate the work volume Martin may be under but we are quite disappointed with the after service of the promise to get more salt when needed.

Martin was really helpful in our choice and did a nice clean job when installing. As well as being good value for money against other units, he is easy to deal with and a pleasure to have working in the home, he just gets on with the job, no fuss and we would happily recommend Compass to others.
