Had an mot. Failed on Rear break discs. But was told you couldn't do mine as my Nissan leaf (2016) has an electric hand break. Firstly it doesn't have an electric hand break so that dosnt fill you with confidence. Secondly electric hand breaks are really common now so there's no point in bringing cats to you

Ryan was excellent. I had issues with accessing the website he sorted my tire out that was on website. The guys are very friendly had it sorted in quick time.

I had a booked slot and the team started fairly quickly but they are easily distracted by walk-ins and other customer issues - I appreciate they are trying to be helpful for everyone - but I ended up waiting an hour for a job that only required about 10 mins labour -its a balancing act I appreciate and on a Sunday but thats why I didn't feel a 5 was representative.Kudos to them for trying to keep everyone happy - not an easy task! :)

Used this centre before and a previous one that has now closed. Car in for MOT which failed. I have no issues with the failure. I took my car to another garage as this centre could not fix it. I asked them to do an independent inspections and things that should have been picked up on that would have caused the car to fail were missed ie brake pads corroded well beyond limits were not identified. What they did fail the car on was in the independent surveyors opinion through a lack of knowledge and was not as suggested in their report. They had also caused damage during their inspection. Overall very worrying that things that were dangerous weren't picked up on and unsure whether I should report this to the DVLA with the independents surveyors report.

Friendly and helpful staff. Open on Sundays and had no issue fitting me in for a puncture repair. Reasonable price as well.

Couldn't tell you if they are any good, they never answer the phone! Need ADAS calibration but this can't be booked in online (despite website saying this is a service the Penistone Road garage offers). I've tried to call numerous times using the number provided for the garage, and the phone just rings out. In the end I messaged Kwik Fit on Facebook and was advised to call their general customer services number - after waiting in a queue for 15 minutes I gave up. Utter waste of time - If you need to speak to someone before booking in your car just call a company that answers the phone!

Great service, couldn't repair my tyre due to damage but fitted a new one in no time
