I booked a surprise flight experience for my dad's birthday. Unfortunately due to weather conditions and illness we didn't get around to using it for a few months, but Allan was great and kept in touch with us every step of the way. When we finally got to go, it was a fantastic experience. My dad absolutely loved it and so did I. An excellent trustworthy school, very well and reliably run with a friendly, welcoming vibe and a true desire to see you do well. Incredibly grateful for all the help and support to get me through my PPL and now self hire hour building.Cannot recommend them enough. Truly one of the best flying schools around!After spending a considerable amount learning to fly elsewhere near Burton on Trent, struggling with availability and lack of guidance, I decided to give Aerohire a call in September and I’ve never been more certain that I made the right decision.They have great availability of instructors and well maintained aircraft removing the frustration common with other schools where it’s a regular occurrence to wait weeks between lessons.The whole team (Ryan, George, Milo, Harkirit & Dave to name a few) are some of the most experienced instructors I’ve ever met & always go the extra mile to make sure you understand where you are in your training including what’s next / needed to progress. Which is a breath of fresh air compared to my previous flying school who simply kept you on the same exercise for the sake of gaining hours (money) from you.Aerohire have enabled me to gain a LAPL licence in record time which I’m certain would have took a considerable amount of more hours had I of stayed at the previous school.If you’re interested in learning to fly or simply have a passion for aviation and want to experience a local flight (makes a great gift!) I fully recommended Aerohire.

Absolutely fantastic experience. My wife and I did the 'Pilot for the Day Experience' package, and were treated like VIPs. Learning experiences are tailored according to our progress on the day, and every bit of it was good fun. Strongly recommend the vendor and this particular package whether you are serious about flying or just want to find out what it is like!

Absolutely fantastic day. Trial lesson (plus passenger) couldn’t have been any better. We arrived and were greeted by our instructor. After a sit down briefing about my flight and what I wanted to achieve from the lesson, we worked out a suitable route. The whole experience was superb, and we are looking forward to going for a second lesson soon.

Amazing flight school, honestly could not recommend these guys highly enough. All the staff and members are all very welcoming and friendly. The school has fantastic facilities and whether its a trial flight or a full course you want to do, you will be given an extremely professional and fun experience.I have just completed my PPL, George being my instructor and honestly could not thank George and the team enough!!
