I have found Marie's coaching to be of huge value to my work, my personal life and my wellbeing. The initial sessions really built my self awareness and understanding of why I act in certain ways. We then worked through the thought processes and strategies I can use to gain more positive outcomes. Throughout it all, Marie was engaging, empathetic, and great at explaining. I looked forward to my homework tasks and our next sessions, and the resources Marie shared really helped my understanding. I'm confident this will stay with me and help in the future, and so would definitely recommend Marie as a coach.
