I booked through Parkos. It's generally okay, but they hold your keys and dirty your carpet in the car. Also, they charge an additional £5 for each person to transfer to the airport and back, so the price becomes the same. Next time I will book parking in the official place without hidden fees and hidden T&Cs.

Do not book with this company. My car broke down I no longer required the booking as I was getting dropped off and they refused to give me my money back which was £75. The said because I was booking to Stansted I cannot cancel and knowhere when booking did it state this. And upon reading other people's comments I would of been glad not to park here and have my car ruined. I think the worst company ever just scams people of money

DO NOT USE. These people take your holiday spending money on arrival, for ''extra's'' you couldn't even make it up. They should be ashamed of themselves. They know you can't argue, because ''decent'' people simply want to park up and go, hassle free. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED........

Avoid scammers . I used this service at the end of July 2023 absolutely shocking service and the worst experience ever. I was charged £75 extra for 1 extra day parking. I missed checking in the airport as they had only one driver and he was delayed so I end up paying £800 for a new ticket at the airport.The staff very unhelpful and rude . The driver never helped with loading suitcase . The owner very arrogant snub not even coming out to talk to you . He was sat in the office and talk through speaker. I DO NOT recommend this car park . I regret using it big time.

Absolute scam if I could give this -5 as a review I would!!!Watch the Ts and Cs carefully. If you are late even due to circumstances out of your control (ours was that our flight time was changed) they do not make you aware ahead of time or check with you if there is a reason for not being able to make it or confirm any details with you. They take the money and claim it as a no show. The even bigger scam is that when you have absolutely no choice as there is no where else to park you are forced to rebook your are charged double the original booking. The initial £85 for 4 days parking has turned into £198. No one in the office itself is able to make a decision. They tell you to call the office to dispute the case and then even when you call they are unable to make a decision and ruthlessly enforce their strict and illogical Ts&Cs.Strongly recommend finding an alternative parking! On top of that they they add on charges on arrival for each person to go on the shuttle at £2.50 AND then a bank fee of £5. The whole system is just ludicrous. I wish I had read the reviews first. It was a miracle we made our flight!Stuart Quinn you should be ashamed of yourself! You have just perfected the art of making a profit from distressed customers in vulnerable situations!

Worst experience. Found really hard the parking, once arrived they charge me extra because I own a van but when I booked the parking they asked for Reg number. On the return i was waiting 30 minutes the driver to pick me and he was driving really fast back to they'r parking. Really scared and really bad services.

Avoid using parking service! The service and organization was fine, however when I arrived back to pick my vehicle up after a 10 day holiday, my mileage was up 34 miles! I was never told my vehicle would be driven while in their care, and when I confronted them about this it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Eventually, after finally getting ahold of someone, I was told they have another warehouse to store vehicles only a few miles away. Simple math shows that still doesn’t account for most of the 34 miles! I can’t get ahold of anyone after that initial conversation, and haven’t heard back from anyone. I have an Audi S3, so I can assume it was taken out for a joy ride. Especially disgusted with this because during the extortionate prices in fuel, they think this is appropriate. Photos are taken when the vehicle was dropped off and picked up. Very disappointed.

I only booked an outside airport parking as I left to the last minute and thought prices were too high. I should have paid it. Instead paid £69 plus £20 because I was 1hr 25 min late from my original booking. I tried to explain that I had an emergency and had to stop, I was still physically shaken but they didn’t care.On my way to the airport, noticed various cars that they parked alongside the village, and they were moving back to their court for collection. Not good!On the day of my return, I got to the meeting point and waited for over 20 min. He was there, parked but didn’t bother to phone and check if that person in front of him, was his passenger. There is no name in their van, for me could be anyone!!I would never use them again and urge you to do the same. Not worthy

Reading the reviews i was sceptical about leaving my car here, however decided to try it.We have had our left in here for 8 days.To allocate the place was very easy- we had no issues with it.We paid 2.50 for drop off -all the information was provided prior the purchase.Collection from the airport was very quick.We did not have any issues with the car.From our experience I am pleased to give 5 stars and would use it again.Affordable parking with easy access to the airport.

I should have gone thru reviews before booking, rude people they broke my window button, sent an email with pictures as I was asked then did a follow up call. For someone to tell me my car was dirty and old and when I reacted to that I was called rude and not a Christian. Not even a single apology. Please for your own safety don't book with them I'll rather book an expensive park in the airport than this people
