I heard about them but I said might everyone had different experience, till I called them and they said we contact you regard your sevice and been nearly a week nobody care about it! Wow what a lovely serivce! Just wast of time.

Bought a car recently, helped by Jason. Great customer service, smooth transaction from start to finish and Jason helped get a great finance deal. Really pleased.Definitely recommended.

Told they had a mokka gs on site at 0% finance - afternoon appointment booked. No Vehicle on site and not able to provide the quote they gave over the phone.Not happy in any way.

Been in today for 16000 mile service and recall. Very professional and positive experience, good coffee too which is always a bonus. Kept up to date with how things where progressing plus a complimentary wash and vac. Faultless experience.

Avoid buying any used car from this dealership.Bought a Ford Kuga From the them, after 8 days had issues with the car juddering on the front end, found out the previous owner had returned the car after purchasing from here and having the same issue, they had a report done and issues that needed sorting was made aware to the dealership, they've put it back on the forecourt without all these issues resolved.10 days ago they took the car back after I informed them DVSA would be coming to look at the car. 10 days without a car I'm paying for and they just ordered a driveshaft as they found that to be the issue.Told them I want to return the car as I don't trust then or the car and they are making it as hard as possible.Won't put anything in writing to me.Customer service is worst I've come across from nick and Peter (managers)Only hear something if I chase them after telling you they'll call back in 10.Spoke to a lady called Courtney today who was fantastic and she managed to get Pete to call me after days of asking but still no further, they will update me once they've replaced the driveshaft and done a road test.Told them I want to return several times and that I need a email from them saying they reject the return, Peter refuses to do this and will update when the cars back on the road.

Been a Perry's customer from it's Henlys days in 1995. Many changes of staff obviously over the years, but a theme runs through the site at Parkgate, grewt customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile. That's why I buy from them.

Just taken delivery of our 3rd Vauhall Corsa from Perrys at Rotherham......,we have always dealt with Jason in sales and had excellent dealings with him! He is always friendly, efficient and a pleasure to do business with,making sure everything is explained and correct at point of sale! Thanks Jason, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Perrys to anyone. (As we have already done a number of times) It's a 10/10 from us..

Saw the car online, went in to look at it, bought, paid for and driven home, all in 2 days. The service we received was impeccable, didn't feel under pressure at any time. Who knew buying a car could be so relaxed!!! Thank you so much Mark.

Went to look at a new car having visited for a car service. Saw a car I was interested in and liked. Salesman Paul then came out and was under no pressure to buy, showed me round the car, left it till the following day to then look with my wife. Went for test drive got quote on old car and decided to take new car. Told us would be ready for Monday which it was, got a good deal on old car. Very helpful and courteous. Told us any problems to call up again. All in all very good service by staff. Car in great condition on collection,happy with both service and car. No hassle at all.

Don't bother. I went to see a car, got the appointment scheduled for Saturday morning with Mark to have a test drive. Got into the garage, I was not even acknowledged. Some time later I had to ask for Mark myself. He couldn't even remember what car I came to view, even though I've seen him on Friday! Then he told me that the car got sold half an hour earlier, yet there was no one else in the shop and it was only 930am. What a cowboy.
