Hands on Holistics - Acupuncture, Bowen & Refexology

I have been being treated by Andrea for around 15 months now. I originally had some sciatica and a frozen shoulder and after one session with her months of discomfort was released. She gets to know her clients, is incredibly calm and warm. Since then I have tried to have a monthly treatment (normally back, neck and shoulder) as it mot only irons me out. I love how rejuvenated I feel - afterwards. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my flexibility and sleep since being treated by Andrea. She is amazing.

Andrea is a wealth of knowledge! I went to Andrea as I had excruiating shoulder pain. In just a few acupuncture sessions I have no pain, I can now sleep properly and have full movement. I wish I saw Andrea earlier. I am so happy- she really knows her stuff. I highly recommend her for acupuncture shes a true professional!

Great experience of acupuncture treatment from Andrea. I've had a troublesome achilles for months and after a couple of treatments I'm making excellent progress. Very thorough assessment and explains exactly why the needles are going where. Andrea is also has a wealth of knowledge on other holistic treatments and diet if that's what you need.

I had my first Bowen Therapy session with Andrea this past week, she was incredibly supportive, listened to my concerns and came up with a strategy to help with my pain. I already feel a huge difference with my back pain and I’m looking forward to work alongside her to reduce my pain during my upcoming sessions!

I have received several full body massages from Andrea over the last twelve months and I can honestly say that she delivers the best massage I have ever had. Andrea takes time to listen, offer advice and tailor each treatment to your specific needs. Each session is never rushed, infact time does not appear to be an issue, only the needs of her client. This lovely lady is so warm and kind you just want to open up to her and you leave with a warm glow inside and the feeling that you have gained a wonderful friend. I have also recently started having acupuncture with Andrea for severe headaches and neck pain. Again, with her extensive knowledge, she talked me through the process and the expectations of the treatment, immediately putting me at ease.I cannot speak highly enough of Andrea for all things Holistic.

What a fantastic treatment! I was lucky enough to meet Andrea and she recommended reflexology to begin with. I am currently in my third trimester with a breech baby. The baby’s head was digging in my ribs and was giving me such discomfort. The consultation was thorough and she began treatment. Baby was very active during and later that day and I could feel him moving a lot. A few days on, it’s been confirmed that baby is now head down! Amazing! I have already recommended her to people I know and I will definitely be returning.

I had accupuncture and reflexology with Andrea to help me prepare for my fertility treatment. Andrea made me feel relaxed and at ease. She was very flexible with fitting my treatment in and around my hospital appointments and nothing was too much trouble. My fertility treatment was a success and I have been blessed with a beautiful baby boy.
