From the outset at Valuation to the conclusion of our house sale we were at all times kept informed in a very professional and courteous manner . The daily calls from the office to arrange viewing or receive feedback were so nice as each and every member of the staff were so pleasant , friendly and helpful. I dealt with Jacqueline for my house sale and she was brilliant from day one. Coming from Hong Kong to Helensburgh was never going to be easy, but Jacqueline made sure that she always maintained a connection between myself and the seller (despite being miles away) and that I was always kept in the loop. Thanks to her, the house sale went so smoothly without any major hiccups. Not only this, but Jacqueline is friendly and approachable and gives a really personalized service. It was quite nerve wracking making a purchase from abroad but I felt very secure with Slater and Hogg as they made sure every angle was covered and were always on hand to make suggestions as to how I could view the house or ask the seller questions.I will move to Scotland with my husband for the first time this year and I do believe that Slater and Hogg, and especially Jacqueline, have made for such an easy transition for us.
