These guys helped us out one day when our sleeper bus had broken down nearby. Never met them in person, but handled everything over the phone, and nothing was too much for them. Thank you very much from all at Starsleeper.

We bought a Sunseeker RV from Mark a few months ago and the service was absolutely first class. We weren't able to come and view it beforehand as we needed to have it delivered abroad. Mark and his friendly team went above and beyond to answer all our questions, sending us extra photos and detailed measurements. When the RV arrived it was exactly as described with no hidden surprises and it's been absolutely flawless the whole time we've had it. Great company and great service. Would highly recommend. We Bought a Damon Daybreak 3272 from Mark, The whole experience was excellent, No pressure sales, Just left us to look round all his stock in our own time, he was then more than happy to discuss all our questions, kept us informed through out the whole process and had the RV ready to collect ahead of schedule. Hand over was done by Mike who went out of his way to to do an excellent job. I'm not normally someone who buys vehicles from dealers but in this case I could not have been more happy with the service.

We just wanted to say thank you to all at dreams r.v on the great service from the start of our search for an r.v in January. We really love our dynamax diesel we got from dreams r.v and we are enjoying every trip away that we are having Keep up the good work and we will be back to visit you when we upgrade in a few years time .. A very disappointing experience with our Gulfstream Independence bought from Dreams RV in March 2017. All the batteries were unchecked and in poor condition, the generator did not operate properly, the aircon failed, the LPG fuel system for the engine was faulty and the fridge was also faulty. Dreams RV had the vehicle twice for repairs and as we packed and set off today, the fridge failed again and despite phone calls Dreams RV were unable to identify the problem they had apparently sorted. Our trip was cancelled. We doubt whether the vehicle was adequately checked before we were sold it - even after their second 'check' we found a birds nest and skeleton bird in the engine compartment. We expected better for £38K

Cannot recomend Dreams R.V any higher, we are now on our second r.v both of which we purchased from Mark, he gave us a very generous part exchange on our old unit and a extended warranty on our new one.Very friendly service and nothing is too much trouble .

That's what it looks like to me.In fact, as I read this, it is a subtle way of agreeing I am correct and you have indeed lied.You have had since the 8th of May to clarify this point but never have. Is this because you needed time to work a way out?You have now changed your story.You have been caught lying then or are lying to get out of it now?So is the email on the 8th May correct or is your response of todays date (21/05/19) correct?It cannot be both as the statements that you wrote contradict each other.Do not trust Dreams RV. Just returned home in our beautiful coachmen Pursuit purchased from Dreams Rv centre and the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. This is the 5th Rv we have purchased and after scouring the country for the perfect Rv we ended up calling in at Dreams to have a look at there stock. Can’t tell you how impressed we were with there professional set up and every RV they sold was in immaculate condition. We spoke to Mark the owner and he told us to go and take a look at them all and he was there to answer any questions and was just genuinely a nice guy with no pushy sale involved at all. I explained I had another RV to look at at the other end of the country and Mark even encouraged me to go and look at it but when I arrived it was a complete bag of spanner’s and drove straight back to Dreams and placed a deposit down on our Pursuit. Mark insisted we couldn’t have our RV until it had been completely through his workshop to make sure everything was spot on. 1week later we received a complete walkthrough video of our Rv showing us everything working and great tutorials. Unbelievable and unexpected. I told Mark we were having a private plate fitted and when we picked our Rv up he had our private plates made up for us. I honestly wouldn’t buy from anyone else if you are Looking for an Rv save yourself a lot of hastle and get down to Dreams.Big Thankyou to Mark & his team and look forward to seeing you again in the future.Lee & Wendy

In early June of 2016 we purchased an 04 model Fleetwood Fiesta 32s with superslide from Dreams rv. From first contact through to after sales service we have found Dreams to be outstanding. A little piece of America in Bicester. The RV'S are set out and displayed just like the American lots,everyone open,polished and all areas of the rv's are accessible. As I am disabled ,as is my husband we qualified for vat exemption. Mark helped us throughout the process,was the perfect sales person,left us to look round at our leisure but was always available to answer questions when they arose.Needless to say the purchase went smoothly,Mark dealt with dvla about first registration then subsequent private plate registration. We collected the vehicle whereupon Mike walked us through every step,function,operation of the Fleetwood, never rushing and answered all of our questions. The wheelchair carrier was fitted to the rear of the rv for us and hand driving controls for my husband were fitted upon our arrival.If questions arose whilst we have been out on the road Mark and Mike are always ready to listen,advise and provide assistance if and when required. The RV is a pleasure to own and a pleasure to travel in. The staff at Dreams rv, Mark, his wife Tina and Mike the service manager are a credit to the rv industry in the UK.Don't try to be silly and make insulting offers for the vehicles,they are priced to sell not to be given away. Compare their prices across the UK and then see how many rv's they sell (plenty) and this will tell you that Dreams rv are ,in our opinion,the best and most competitive rv dealership in the UK and we have visited/contacted them all in our search for our RV before settling on Dreams rv.Yes this is a glowing review,no we are not related,yes we are just very impressed with the manner in which Dreams rv conduct their business.
