I discovered this place a few weeks ago and have had the most amazing treatments since! On my first visit, I had a massage with the lovely Chithra, who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I've since gone back 3 times and enjoyed a deep tissue massage, facial and pedicure with Ranjeet. She's very experienced and great at what she does. Looking forward to my next visit!

Had my first abhyanga full body massage last week with Chitra - really really good, and definitely worth booking the steam bath straight after. Will be returning for more treatments for sure.

I booked facial and abyanga full body massage hoping that the treatments will be done by therapist from India trained in Ayurveda as this Ayurvedic Clinic. Unfortunately they changed my therapist the day before without letting me know. How rude! The lady had no idea how to do ayurvedic abyanga or facial. She just did it in a typical way it is done in all common english beauty salons.She left the mask on my face for only few minutes and quickly washed it off, whereas it should be left on the face for 15 min. I know it as I am beauty therapist myself.The oil she used to massage the body was not hot! enough. It was almost cold. I was very disappointed as I spent £100 for having ayurvedic treatments and received something different. I travelled to India few times, so I know how the treatments should be done in ayurvedic way. Instead of leaving clinic happy and relaxed I left frustrated. I am not coming back again, and I don’t recommend this place, as the new customers are not treated there with respect they deserve. When I spend £100 I expect more than minimum.You just lost your potential regular customer!

I’ve recently started coming here for my eyebrows and now facials, probably ones of the best spas in Birmingham. Ranjeet has been my therapist and I love her work. She understands what I need does a amazing job I’m so happy with my treatments

Regular customer but unfortunately had a massage with Chittrah and I was left with friction burn all across my back. Too much pressure applied with the herbal bundle. Bad experience and when arising the issue with the manager, he said it was a reaction. This was not what it was and was left sore for over a week.

I had the most incredible experience today with Ranjeet. The massage was absolutely divine, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. The steam bath was truly amazing, providing a deep sense of rejuvenation. And the neem facial worked wonders on my skin, leaving it incredibly soft and hydrated. I cannot recommend this experience enough. It was truly exceptional.
