From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome and that you are a valued customer ( this was my first visit here) Rachel listened to what I wanted and when I decided I wanted it a bit shorter she obliged with no problem, great head and hand massage. Wonderful experience .

I have been using this salon for over twenty years and have always enjoyed coming here. I have trusted them with a few restyles over the years and have never been disappointed. The price list is not cheap, but you will always get your money's worth and the AVEDA products they use are just wonderful.

First time I had been to Brothers Thame in many many years and had the best cut I may have ever had. Steve Jones, was fantastic. The level of detail was impeccable as well as providing a very high-level customer service too. Drinks were offered throughout, as well as a relaxing hair-wash with both shampoo and conditioner too. Would high recommend Brothers, as well as Steve.

Today I had my hair cut by a 3rd year trainee......fabulous cut, exactly what I had in mind. The trainee was friendly and professional. The manager was in the background, there if assistance was required. The manner in which he gave support and advice (not that much was needed!) was positive and encouraging. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back! Thank you so much.
