Excellent service received from Paul at Motor Match. This has been a great purchasing experience. Car was at a different branch, was brought over within a couple of days. Car met our expectations. Paul ensured all our agreed requirements were met. Car collected a week later. Really pleased with our purchase & would definitely recommend.

Just 4 weeks ago I brought a toyata corolla touring 2023 plate. The staff were excellent, very professional and helpful. I saw the car advertised on autotrader and I travelled all the way from Nottingham to buy the car. I spoke the staff over the phone and they were helpful and answered all the questions I asked honestly. Umar wes brilliant. The car was absolutely mint inside and outside. Just as they described. Definitely 5 stars!!!!

Unfortunately I cannot go with zero stars. Everything brilliant whilst in the purchasing process, however, once purchased so, so very different. I'd asked for a personal video of the car prior to purchase, which didn't highlight any problems. But once I'd received the car, what a difference, wheel hubs absolutely terrible, cost £340 to put right, scratches on the car, under the bonnet so much dried detritus, and so filthy no way anything was checked under the bonnet - no oil dipstick and computer not working, so very obviously not checked. Have chased and chased for several weeks, and not getting any response at all. AND they haven't even paid the reserve fee back, as promised!

I bought a car here 2 months ago and the sales person was responsive and it was easy to buy the car. As I'm based up in Scotland, I couldn't test the car myself. I asked for a full service before handover as part of the deal, which was agreed upon. The car had another 10k miles and almost been a year since last service so it is not an unreasonable request at all. However, there is no invoice or reports of such service when I received the car so I emailed and called multiple times to follow up in the past week. I did not receive any replies from the original salesman or updates from the company at all. If service was done, it should be easy to pull up records and send it to me. If it was not done, I should at least get a response so I would know my car's condition.Such after sale service is disappointing, they close the sale and ignore you when you need help after.
