We had Ali as our estate agent. She was absolutely amazing, she answered every question we had and she was very very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend. A++++ service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was good but we were rather surprised that there was a very strong Indian emphasis to the menu. Unexpected. However we had a very happy 2.5 hours and we were very well looked after.

The lettings department, comprising of Lucy and Ali, were fantastic and answered our queries in a timely, clear and helpful manner. The application process was made swift and painless.The only downside was whoever it is they use for credit checks; I'm self employed which caused some slight setbacks, as the person at the credit reference agency didn't understand the difference between turnover and profit!! Fortunately, Fox and Sons were able to step in and help rectify the problem.So, apart from that it was all plain sailing and I would happily recommend Fox and Sons to anyone looking to rent.

Fox and son Minehead recently handled the sale of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, helpful, and understanding, estate agent. The ups and downs of selling a property is well documented. The pitfalls in choosing the right agent, many. I thankfully made the right choice. Simon, Liz, thank you both for always being there, and giving 100%. Truly both a credit to your profession, and an example of how selling property, and dealing with the public, should be done. A shining example for other estate agents to follow.

Somewhat confused about their negotiating practices. Had submitted an offer on a retirement flat in Minehead which was rejected by the vendor - I have no problem with that. But less than a week later was contacted by the agent by email which seemed they were going to approach the vendor again and just wanted to make sure our offer was still valid. It was and indicated that to the agent that was the case; no acknowledgment, follow-up email, no response, follow-up phone call - agent not available, follow-up email - again agent not available. All the agent had to do was acknowledge the email or take/return the call rather than leave it 3-days before a manager has to bite the bullet and make the call. Communication is not part of their strengths.

Shannon was a fantastic help with the purchase of our bungalow. Nothing was ever too much. The communication of my purchase between staff was great and it didn’t matter who picked up the phone they could all help with my questions. Highly recommended.

Rude, no communication - incredibly rude over the phone.Branch manager laughed at my elderly mother down the phone when she made a simple request, would not recommend.
