My son William was having real problems with a football injury which he just couldn’t shake. After the first session, it made such a difference with William taking part in the next training session in full, without any pain. He’ll certainly be back. Paul was fantastic. Very professional but kept everything light heated with William being young

Great Massage. Made me feel comfortable explained the muscles to me where the massage was going to be on my back and shoulders. Release the nots in my shoulders, back and hips. Would highly recommend

First time to PT sports massage.Paul was very professional, knowledgeable and good at his job. Came out of there feeling better than I went in so therefore already booked my next appointment. I would definitely recommend him.You don't need to be a sports enthusiast to have a sports massage as I just found out as my injury was work related.
