Queen's Accommodation Elms BT1
If you are pursuing your study in QUB then you must select Queen’s Accommodation as it is very much suitable for a student. Environment is very much beautiful, 20min walking distance to QUB main building, all the markets are near of this building(BT1), bedrooms are quite cosy. You will love it.

Currently living in Queen's BT1. Gym and common area available on the ground floor alongside reception. There is security most of the time so you are kept safe. View from the 10th floor is amazing though. I definitely recommend if you're a student. It is expensive but all bills are paid for. Current price at £124 a week. There are studio apartments available or shared apartments with 5-6 people sharing a kitchen with ensuite rooms.

This is the view from my old room (5th floor). Best place for QUB’s students to live. Not too expensive and also not cheap. Guest will not be permitted to enter after 11pm.

I lived here for about six months. Pro: Reception is pretty active and supportive. The coffee bar is a friendly social environment to make new buddies. Con: You need to do the cleaning of your room, toilet, and kitchen; otherwise they will charge you a fine. They can enter your room for checking purpose (with prior notice) in your absence. Finally, it's pretty costly (520 pounds per month).

Pretty solid accomodation, on the expensive side compared to finding a house with friends but much more convenient and usually has less problems.

Perfect place to stay. The rooms are very good. Also all the facilities provided are excellent. The gym is the bonus point. BT1 has the gym among all other Queen's accomodation. Also coffee bar provide nice coffee and tea every evening. Also almost everyone evening there are some creative and amazing events in the coommon room. You can meet new people there. I also play a lot of table tennis in the common room. So if you like playing then table tennis is there for you in the common room. Also there is xbox with fifa. You can just play and enjoy.
