I am fitting 14 new doors in our house using the Jigtech system. not being a carpenter and with reasonable DIY skills I found this system very straight forward and easy to use, My advice don't rush take your time double check and check again before cutting. I did have one issue that needed help from Jigtech technical which was resolved very quickly in a professional manner so everything is good. Great system works well just don't rush at it and you will get great results 100% recommended Thanks Jigtech

We recently fitted Argo 3570 handles throughout the house, and are really happy with them. They look great and feel very solid.I contacted support when one of the handles malfunctioned, and was connected to Ajay. Although it soon became apparent that the malfunction was due to an installation error rather than a fault with the product, Ajay continued to assist me over the next few days in rectifying the problem, even sending out replacement hardware to try.I would not hesitate to recommend the product, and the support has been exceptional.

Two failed deliveries with the courier. Both claiming to have delivered to my address with DPD with photos of proof of delivery uploaded to tracking number that we’re not my address or neighbouring addresses. Very poor. Took my several emails and phone calls to courier and supplier to resolve.

Great Product and service!! we have recently upgraded the key system on our shop floor and fitted in the ones from Assa Abloy and I couldn't be more happier with the result. The product looks very durable and well made. This is much better than the one we had previously.

We unfortunately had a fault with some faulty locks which resulted in replacement and incurring charges from a joiner. Ajay and the team have been absolutely fantastic. They have taken our concerns seriously, acted swiftly, and reassured us that our feedback is being reviewed to ensure the same issue is avoided in the future for other customers. We're also being reimbursed for labour charges we've had to incur as well as product replacement cost. Probably the best customer service I've experienced. Thanks Ajay and team
