Disgusting. Myself and another person who visited together, both ended up with food poisoning after dining here and having the full platter chicken and chips.The staff are also unaccommodating and rude and do not take into consideration anyone’s health conditions despite mentioning this, which left me quite offended. I do not recommend. The staff also do not have the decent to even reply to my review as they have to the 5 star review. This clearly shows their customer service skills! Nil.

It may be my false idea but somehow the food in downtown Nandos tastes a little bit better. The service was perfectand we enjoyed our day out.

The restaurant should concentrate on either serving food at the restaurant not just eat orders as they can't cope with both. Took them 40 mins to get our meal out and takeaway order was a further 20 minutes. Maybe the need to stick to small number of orders.The food finally arrived after it was chased but the quality of the food was poor spice level was the same all round. Even though we asked for hot was it tasted plain so we paid for food that we did not enjoy.Other point to note ladies toilets were disgusting tissue on the floor not clean. Staff are so busy that they cannot be bothered to tidy up the toilets. To say we just got over a pandemic where hygiene has increased in many food restaurants this one has failed to comply with cleanliness and hygiene. Taking my youngest to these toilets was an awful experience.Really poor service and food quality is poor. Will not be returning and definitely not recommending this place.

Went into an untidy, scruffy restaurant. The venue was extremely noisy boisterous young children aloud to run amok. Food was slow being cooked by staff not wearing any hair covering despite having long hair. The peas were in a dish of water. Glasses delivered very hot, had to ask for cutlery which came wet. It was fortunate that you had to pay up front as I don't think I would have paid that amount for a dreadful experience. I was with my adult daughter, who has eaten at other Nandos as said the others were not as poor as this one.

Beautiful food everytime we visit! A nice warm place and nice warm food! Can't fault the place if you like chicken. The staff seem so busy no matter what time you go sometimes you feel a little neglected when you have requested something but everyone is busy in their job so can't fault that I guess? Winner winner chicken dinner! To have a great dinner and experience go for around 6pm as it soon fills up and gets busy! Will not be disappointed!

I won’t rate the food as I didn’t eat much of it. We were seated on a table, then to my disgust I looked up and saw there was a huge leak in the roof over the middle tables next to us . We ordered food regardless as the kids were hungry . We should have been offered another table at a bare minimum, we were not. The leak water was literally splashing on our food and table , They had wet floor signs out that were laid flat on the floor , not stood up, I slipped on this sign . I have good balance had it been an elderly person it would have been a lot worse. No apology was made by the staff . Spent over £50, I paid on my app as did I use Nando’s alot. But I doubt I’ll be returning. Staff are rude .

The food was absolutely amazing. Ordered loaded fries and they tasted absolutely amazing. Would recommend them to everyone. Please keep them on your menu!!! And a thank you to Bali who looked after us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Her management skills were brilliant and warm. Thank you nandos ❤️

My recent visit to Nando's was completely ruined by the rude behavior of the manager. His dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were evident from the moment I walked in. He seemed uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience and instead focused on exerting his authority in an unpleasant manner. I strongly advise against dining at this location due to the rude manager.
