Bristol Auto Electrical - Westbury

I picked up a lucas starter motor with a friend at Bristol Auto Electrical they did a fantastic job restoration on it. It came back to us as new condition. I would highly recommend.

£80 just to have a look. The offending part was already removed from the car so would have taken just a few minutes to test. A local mechanic is £60 an hour so I went elsewhere. My issue was trivial in comparison to some of the big jobs they do so I wasn’t happy to pay big bills.

Normally have what you need on the shelf if not it'll be delivered in a couple of days. The staff are always friendly and polite. Love having them in the local area

Amazing service! Car failed it’s MOT and BMW wanted to charge the earth to fix the issue so I contacted BAE and I was able to drop the car off the very next day. Not only did they explain the issue to me fully in a way I understood (something BMW were unable to do!) they fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost and the car was ready for me the same day. As a female you can’t help but worry about garages sometimes, but I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks so much!!

Had my vehicle repaired by them. They were very accommodating and did a great repair too. Explained what was wrong and what was required with cost. Kept me informed during the repair and even charged less than originally Quoted! Highly recommended. Could not have been better.

What great service! When some kindly soul managed to cut the wiring loom for transit, meaning I couldn't lock it, they were able to fit my crisis into their busy day. They took the sensible option (value for money) rather than the expensive one. How the hell can Ford justify charging £140 for a 6 foot length of cable with a block on one end! All sorted very quickly and great value for money

I've taken my previous car here to be fixed and it was very straight forward. Today I've collected my car after and again I'm a very satisfied customer. Like others, I dropped off my car and arranged to collect it later I the day. I requested that the engineer (Stewart I think) call me before he started work on my car - and he did. He then called me again approx half later to advise me that it was a very simple fix and my car was ready to.collect. I arrived with my wallet in hand to pay the agreed fee and was told that there was nothing to pay. They didn't charge me, they didn't take advantage of me. So the least I could do in return was to give a couple of minutes of my time to share my positive experience. Thank you BAE.

Popped in to enquire about an earth cable - chaps on the parts side of things were super helpful and friendly. Had the cable made up for me there and then for a very reasonable price! Thanks!
