Heart of England Pet Cremation

I was given Heart of England's number when my gorgeous girl Heggatty had to be put to sleep.The service Heart of England gave was excellent at such a dramatic time. So kind at what is a distressing time. Can thoroughly recommend their services when a beloved pet dies. Treated our beloved cat gently, addressed her by name. Delivered her ashes back to us locally the next day. Great service and kindness.

So pleased to have been recommend to use Heart of England pet cremation. It was not a company I knew of u till sadly I required their services.I first called to enquire into what was available, costs and time frame. I then called back to arrange for my dog to be collected from the vets following her finish visit and they took care of everything.I spoke to them twice before hand, they were personal and friendly, talking me through the steps and reassuring me. She was collected in the Friday morning, we had an update to confirm she had been collected and all was okay. We then spoke on Friday afternoon. We then collected her in her beautiful onyx stone urn at Saturday lunch time. The speed of their service made thr world of difference to us as a family, having our much loved dog of 12 years back with us.I couldn't recommend them enough.Thank you both for what you do.

Having to make the very sad but right decision to have our 14 year old golden Labrador Louie put to sleep. Mark from Heart of England collected Louie from the vets and contacted me to confirm that Louie was with him. Louie was cremated and Mark very kindly delivered Louie back to us. Highly recommend Heart of England they were very sympathetic and understanding at a very sad time. Thank you Mark and everyone at Heart of England.

Such kind and caring individuals who made such a difficult, heart breaking situation a slightly easier one for our family. We went through a swift process with Heart of England to get our beloved Alfie back home with us. Alfie was bought home in a beautiful casket with his name engraved. They took us on straight away same day we found our beloved cat... Person who dealt with this was very good and helpfull. I can't say anything bad about service.After 5 days our love was returned back to us in our home.Thank you so much.

Mark & Paula really looked after us during this difficult period, they picked up our Maverick no sooner we called and gave great advice and options. I cannot recommend these loving kind people enough. It's comforting to know their is still some loving in this world.

My cat willow was run over and died she was taken care of by paula and family the beautiful sleeping cat urn she came back in was so comforting. 6 years on our beautiful Beastie was run over and again Paula comforted me and took our fur baby into her home and returned him to me in another beautiful cat urn i can't begin to tell you how wonderful they all are. Thank you for being the kind family you are in our time of grief. Julie and family x
