Anne has been doing my tax returns for years. Friendly, professional, and perhaps most importantly, knowledgable about all sorts of tax and accounting issues, she's been a real life-line to me and my business, providing valuable and accurate advice whenever I have a question, no matter how small. From issues surrounding imports and exports, to VAT and the nitty-gritty of self-employed work, I don't think I'd still be in business without her. 5 stars, would recommend.

I called her to inquire about her service. Before I said a word, I heard her hissing and tuttering already. And asked me ,” have I spoke to you before ? Or a new enquiry “. I said new enquiry. She said “ I don’t take new clients I am really busy “ . Maybe she’s good with numbers. But I guarantee you , she’s poor in Customer Service. If she’s that busy, she should stop advertising herself on Google. Is this the kind of person to look after your finances? I don’t think so. Beware.
