I've recently purchased a vehicle with Whitestone. Well deserved 5 stars. The whole process was very smooth. Jack going above and beyond to get things spot on, along with the rest of the staff.Would reccomend highly for anyone looking for a quality vehicle.

Recently bought my BMW X5 through Jon, unfortunately it developed a fault not long after (These things happen!) I spoke to Jon and was booked straight in! The service provided was second to none, quickly repaired and even provided a courtesy car for me whilst waiting for a part so I could get to work! 10/10 service, would definitely recommend! A*****

Very impressed with their service, it was easy and straight forward unlike many other car trading businesses. Quick and efficient. Lovely people. Not 100% sure if the car I bought was valeted though, as there were still marks on the doors and crumbs/dust on the back seats. However, it’s not a big issue. Would recommend

Avoid. Quick to take your money but want nothing to do with you after.Reserved a Ford Focus online, car failed its MOT on the parking brake. They ‘rectified’ the issue and passed the MOT.Come down the line the brake has returned to being inefficient and rather dangerous. Enquired wether this would come under the standard 3 month warranty and after a week I had a reply saying that as they did the work it would. 4 weeks later and numerous chase ups by myself I have yet to receive an response other than the garage name it was done. I am now going to have to have this fixed at my own cost as I cannot wait any longer with a dangerously weak hand brake.If you don’t mind having no after sales experience then by all means use them but cross your fingers you don’t need them again.
