I would definetly recomend Scott. I used him when my SIPP company went bust after a short phone call with Scott he agreed to act on my behalf. After a few months he had recovered my investment which I had deemed as lost. He is very professional and keeps you up to date with all the progress he has made.

Birch Law have done an excellent job in managing my miss sold pension compensation claim. I did start the claim myself. However, it was a lot more complicated than I thought and at times, I wasn't sure I would get any compensation. They kept me informed throughout the process and paid the money into my account swiftly once the compensation was paid out by the FSCS
