Some are great but one of them is rude and obnoxious towards you.

Very good and friendly in helping us , and sorting out our move to Wales

We purchased a property through them a couple of years ago and found them to be very helpful in keeping things moving. Based on this we decided to use them for our next sale and can only say that they are extremely thorough with excellent attention to detail. I'm not usually a fan of estate agents, but I am of these people.

My wife just made an enquiry about coed coch road property to view and possibly purchase and was treated terribly, to the owner of this property I wouldn't sell my house with them if I were you and I hope they read this. Fletcher and Poole you need to sort your customer service out, especially in this market. Arrogant, flippant, rude.

They were so helpful, John was extremely helpful, couldn't have done more for us, we really appreciate everything they did for us.

Phoned to register interest in a property - lady I spoke to suggested I look at Rightmove!! She obviously couldn’t be bothered to take my details. So unhelpful
