Spoke with David about purchasing an Aygo for my girlfriend. Extraordinarily generous and professional! Pulled all the strings for us and made sure things were 100% perfect for picking the car up. Visited this Toyota dealership and was made welcome as soon as I walked through the door.The guys in branch were very pleasant and I spoke with Roger the commercial vehicle specialist who was very helpful and informative.I am considering a new Toyota and will have no hesitation in dealing with this outlet.It was a refreshing experience after having visited several other dealers Who could learn a lesson from them on customer service and they were dog friendly too !

Yesterday afternoon i went back to Toyota car showrooms in Newbridge and taking photos that i did before i rather have Toyota cars better than any other cars + i got a t-shirt and a key ring with there logo on them both so i will were my t-shirt on Monday morning to the zoo that i got at Toyota cars yesterday.

Such helpful, patient and polite staff. Very customer focused and for a second hand car sales absolutely no pressure selling at all.The dealership sells only quality cars (Toyota) that have been thoroughly checked which is very reassuring to people like myself who know little about cars.Value for money I would say is on par with the other dealers.It's a very busy place so I would think that speaks for itself. The car I looked at had been bought new from the dealership, then traded in to the same dealership - I think return custom speaks volumes.Worth a visit and helpful it's outside Edinburgh City centre (on road to the Airport).
