Pike Road Post Office

Always shut. Last three times I have been there, it has been shut, despite the fact that it is supposed to be open.

Great shop and the staff are happy to help too.

Hopelessly incompetent, good luck buying a stamp from these Chuckle Brothers.

This post office is run by co-op it not open the same time as the post office time and they say they don’t have all staff trained to go on the post office.Also it is not safe having the post office queue right next to the normal queue.When there was the post office there, they had a safe area so no one could see what you were receiving.I have reported this to the post office but it is down to the co-op.So if you were collecting say £500 and you got a Herbert next to you, he/she can see everything you have collected, so come on co-op sort this out on safety grounds.Just an update, the post office is still not opening the post office hours plus they still haven’t got the right staff to operate the post office, your best bet is go to torridge way where there is a decent post office with trained staff.The post office should be taken off this co-op as it’s not fit for purpose.I reported this to the post office but it’s down to the co-op.

Yet again shut, no one seems to be bothered, second time in one day.

Not good went up with parcel just after 11.30 apparently post office shut 11.30 till 12....funny few months ago I went up had same thing but told shut 12.30 till 1pm
