We approached Roma for commercial development funding. After a 4 month application process, They took a valuation fee from us and turned us down 3 days later. There was no valuation delivered. They Didn't even give us a good explanation why we were turned away after 4 month. Felt asif they couldn't see the bigger picture of the project. Not an ideal company to work with for a less experienced property investor/developer.

Wouldn’t recommend. My friend had a similar experience and lost money.We was due to complete on 3 properties and they pulled the funding the day of completion.Absolutely disgusting service. I didn’t have a problem with them saying no in the end. But usually a no is pretty early in the decision making not 3 month after and allowing us to spend a lot of money.These people are incompetent and defiantly do not love to lend. I use alot of bridging finance and these people really need to be avoided.Incompetent people and took 3 months to issue 10% refund of my total money paid.
