Decided to try a new short haircut after having long hair for years. Thought to try a barbers instead of a salon due to the style I wanted. And John R did a superb job mixing up two hairstyle references I showed him. The venue is clean and bright too, and just an overall friendly atmosphere! Would recommend and use again :)

John R cut my little boys hair, his first hair cut! He was really patient with him, kept him smiling and gave him a gorgeous first cut. He even gave me some hair so I didn’t forget it! I spoke to my Dad after the haircut and found out John has been cutting his hair since he was young too! Thanks so much!

Brought my little boy to head quarters (Middlesbrough) we felt so welcomed and Dom was so polite and professional. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. The place is really well presented, our best barber experience. Thank you Dom we will defiantly be back.

After visiting a different branch of the franchise yesterday, with my little two year old who isn’t your average two year old, they said they didn’t feel too comfortable cutting hair of someone that little - which is fair enough and we’d rather them say than try doing something they feel uncomfortable doing. Went today to this branch where he has had his hair cut before. We saw Shaun who was amazing with him. Super patient and did such a good job. We will definitely be coming again to see him when it needs doing!

Had my haircut by John R a few times now since relocating after using another barbers since childhood. John does a great cut every time and always makes me feel welcome by offering my a drink while I wait (if I do have to wait, it's usually for a few moments, if at all). The shop is clean and tidy and cleanliness isn't an issue. I've had a beard shape up previously which was also spot on. Highly recommend Headquarters for a decent cut with a relaxed atmosphere.

Another great cut. I've been a few times now and used different barbers, this time Sean gave me a cut. Sean comes across as a very professional and confident barber, great to chat to, not sure how long he's been cutting hair but you'd think he'd done it his entire life.This place really has a knack of employing top barbers and just decent people.Great decor and chilled atmosphere.I live out of town but wait to get my hair cut when I'm up here.Highly recommended

Visited with my son a few times now and always been pleased with the result. The shop is always clean and welcoming. My most recent visit was Tuesday morning and although I forgot the name of the barber my son thinks this is his best cut yet absolutely lovely bloke and made sure my son was happy with his cut before he left.

if i could give 0 stars i would! Honestly the worst haircut i have ever had. The barber asked me what haircut i would like i said taper fade, he said no problem and started cutting my hair. He shaved the sides and said he doesnt have time to do a taper and gave me a short back and sides. The barber had glasses on and spoke to me about how he has butchered" people recently. I got this haircut for an interview and have had to shave my head for an interview which im not pleased about clearly. Disgrace"

Took my son today for his hair cut and impeccable service from start to finish the attention to detail is above and beyond honestly, we were treated like family given a drink the kids got Dr pepper and I got a half of Tiger and it was amazing really chilled perfectly love how much time they took on my sons hair getting exactly what he wanted exactly the shape and fade he wanted perfection at it's best.
