Shop is clean and well stocked. A lady called Nicola was so helpful and knowledgeable of stock and fashion. She helped me pick out items for my son. She was polite, amazing customer service.... Will recommend this store!

Made a very last minute dash into Jack and Jones to get a birthday present for my dad and couldn't thank the store manager and staff enough. Helped me with sizing, gift ideas and provided a general understanding of skinny, slim and god knows what other style of jeans.Massive thank you for the help and very warm welcome.I will be recommending the store and will certainly be back again soon!

I’m always happy with the choice in offer when I visit. My Boys really like the clothes. On my last visit the assistant Nik was incredibly helpful; finding my eldest what he was looking for. Would definitely recommend a visit next time you are in the Mall.
