Rasa is our residential block manager and we can honestly say she is the very best of all the previous managers we have had even remedying their shortfalls. She is alway prompt contacting us with answers to any of our queries we have encountered and has above excellent customer service skills. She displays a friendly outgoing nature when speaking on the telephone or on her visits to our apartment block. Rasa took the time to introduce herself and her new assistant personally when Rasa visited our apartment block. We are sure that the management of our property is in safe hands with Rasa. We could not be happier with her support and excellent communication skills thank you Burns Hamilton

Burns Hamilton has been my letting agency for a few years now and have been prompt and reliable when dealing with any of those issues that crop up in every tenant's life. Although I am currently out of the property market (supporting relatives) - if I return to rented accommodation, I'd be very happy to work with them again.

As a hard word working, honest, professional person I found this company to be conniving. When I bought the flat nearly 5 years ago, the developer had the freehold (Tiger Investments) and were managing the property at a subsidised rate. The management was then taken over by his sister's company, Burn's Hamilton whereby the service doubled overnight along with works that should have been corrected by the freeholder prior to selling off all the flat's. Dealing's with this company were extremely stressful. The only positive interactions we had were with Donna. Tiger Investments and Burns Hamilton should be given a wide birth.

I am Chairperson of three blocks of flats, and I can honestly say that during our time with Burns Hamilton we have had excellent service from Donna, who is extremely friendly and very helpful. Ryan is our fourth agent, but I have to say the professional, friendly service we receive is by far the best, please don't change a winning combination of Ryan and Donna as noone else would match up to their brilliant service. I cannot fault them, as they are always there to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I cannot praise them enough.

I would like to commend Rasa from Burns Hamilton, for her absolute dedication to our building management.Her efficiency and professionalism when dealing with some recent structural issues and helping to guide the project to a finish is greatly appreciated.Since she has taken over management for us, she has improved the day to day running and general organisation of our property, giving advise and guidance when needed and checking that any actions required have been completed.I genuinely feel she cares about our building and all of the residents too. Ryan and Donna are a great duo, they've rewlly helped get our building back on track.We had a few property managers before Ryan, but he is by far the best. Most accommodating, knowledgeable and patient, Donna is his secret weapon and ensures everything is followed up and ticked off.

I have known Rasa for sometime, in my capacity as a Director of the Freehold company for a property where I own a flat. I managed the purchase of the freehold interest for all leaseholders when it was offered and appointed the managing agent to deal with all subsequent management issuesI have always found her competent, dealing with all matters that arise for the Managing Agent, in a friendly and knowledgeable manner and without delay. She identifies when reference to the Directors is required and is constructive in her approach, but is also happy and competent at dealing with matters personally when that is appropriate. I would like to commend Ryan Fenton, Property Manager at Burns Hamilton for his service, which I have always found to be professional, efficient and empathic. In my various dealings with him as a client property freeholder, I have found him to be constructive, sensible, knowledgeable, open and honest and in no way dismissive of any query or call for his help. I have used a few agents in the past but Burns Hamilton have topped all expectations. Their professionalism and proactive attitude sets them above all other agents. We have had a few managing agents that I would absolutely not recommend, so Ryan and Donna were like a breath of fresh air. We have had excellent service from both of them. Ryan is both professional and easy to communicate with; he has answered various issues arising as well as dealing with residents queries efficiently, giving sound advice. We are different to other flats and they both understand their clientele. Ryan and Donna are great at communication and we get a response very promptly with any information needed. Donna chased an issue and without her, we may still be waiting! They are a fantastic team and I wouldn’t like to work with anyone else to be honest. Thank you both for your commitment.
