Please keep out from these people. Save your self from being scammed. These people (esp the owner) are manipulative, all smiles and uses ‘Allah’ to their worst to trick you into buying. If you still not convinced with all the reviews and advices, be aware and don’t give your money straight away persuaded by all their nice gestures and honey talk , very deceitful. Instead do a thorough check on the car, bring a mechanic to check it, test drive it yourself, check every detail of the car, interior and exterior. I can’t stretch enough how important this is if you are caught into their evilness, because these people have zero remorse and will have no compassion at all to listen to you instead they will use anything against you. Use every trace available for you, from payment transaction (never deal cash even if its small amount), have everything in legal paper or documents especially when they offer you an extended warranty and only put the extra fees at the bottom of your receipt, but instead make sure you have the certificate of true warranty, and if you can have your recorder on phone ‘ON’.to back you when all fail because you will get scammed. All their cars are straight bought from auction and they never inspect or repair any faults if you know nothing about cars, they will simply just clean it up and cover all the faulty parts of the car. They are top notched scammers and you will go through hell with these people. Save your money and peace somewhere else if you can.

This company should not exist. They have no knowledge on the safety aspect of cars. They are there to sell and not look after their customers. They make the promise of all cars having 1 years MOT, full service and valet. I can assure you from the worst experience that they offer unworthy road cars, no MOT, no service at all. They sell heavily defected cars that are bought at auction in the full knowledge they are defective. They love to offer you warranty services at a cost but actually the warranty is not worth the paper they do not write and give it on. Its all lip service and smiles to get you to part with your cash. Read the views of others on several review sites and they all say the same. Steer clear of this business as their business is to rip you off.

Well we had traipsed through 7 car yards around London and seen a lot of dodgy dealers and even dodgier cars before we got to this one. Our expectations were not high :o. We were a couple of Kiwis looking for a low price MPV which we could take camping for 6m around Europe and boy did these guys come through! The one we were looking for had already sold, but one of their sales guys, Ayaz, quickly worked out what we needed and came up with a unique buyback solution for us. He sold a 2010 Estima to us and agreed to buyback at a fixed price provided we didn't exceed 10,000 miles. It was a win-win! And we got a reliable vehicle at an effectively low rental rate. With no messing around when we need to sell it and fly out. Awesome!

I recently purchased a Toyota Vitz from Raza Motors. They were excellent through and through. I was so worried because I couldn't view the car physically due to distance. The guy I spoke to Moeez, gave me so much reassurance and promised a 7 day money back guarantee if I didn't like the car! He delivered the after I made a little deposit because of my concern about scammers lol. Car is in a very good shape and I'm so far enjoying the car. So many other benefits I have enjoyed as well including an extended courtesy car insurance while I wait for mine to kick in.These guys are so good. The service is incredible.

The best dealership in uk by far! I was greeted by the owner as I was looking around for a car. He then offered me coffee and we had a lovely chat. He really helped me feel comfortable and showed me all the cars which were all in pristine condition. I am very happy I came across this amazing dealership!

Had good initial experience whilst purchasing two cars - however after agreeing a number of defects on both cars that required fixing, it then took 2 weeks before they were confirmed as ready.Cars arrived at arranged time- both cars dirty inside and out.One car - Audi Q7 from the agreed repairs had, no engine cover, dent not repaired, windscreen crack not repaired, alloy wheels painted different colour , no MOt updated and service paperwork missing ( so more than half not done).Second car - Mercedes GLA- also not clean with a engine compartment full of dirt and leaves, had no parking sensors fitted, scratch not repaired, no paperwork or service invoice ( as agreed) and second remote key missing .Foolishly carried on and agreed some money off to make up for the defects not rectified. ( that I would then have to sort/source)Had to take day off work to get the Q7 MOT done by Razza- this included checking car battery issue which was reported as fine. Following day - no start, and I had to buy new battery..4 weeks later -no V5c's for both cars- chased, and this apparently was done at time of sale.Spoke to DVLA after 5 weeks- no V5c submitted for either car by Razza- Motors- so V62 needed to be submitted by myself.To top it off- just replaced Mercedes battery as well as this was only half charging..So all in all - after 40 years of regularly buying new and used cars- this by far the worst experience.Update- oddly enough after posting the above numerous issues- that very same day, both cars were submitted to DVlA by Raza Motors for the V5c change to my ownership!

Every time I come to this place I have a very pleasant experience. The customer service reps (Saif, Muiz and Tahir who sold me the car…the whole team infact) are very knowledgeable and always patient. They give the best advice and do not rush you…great quality cars and reasonable prices. They are one of the best Car dealerships this side of London. They are my first choice for all used car purchases! Highly Recommended A+

I visit this dealership to see a car, they offer me nice tea and show us some nuca cars and sort me out with good deal, Mr Ayaz is very nice and honest person looks after me and my car well, I'm very please with his hospitality
