they've got beautiful items, and the staffs are so nice to get along with. don't hesitate to shop here. 5 star rating

Offered a perfectly good clean double mattress apart from one small stain which could have been wiped off for donation but they turned it down, only had it for about 10-12 months and perfectly usable but they turned it down flat, probably couldn't be bothered so won't give them anything else again, not cash not clothing nothing and won't even wish them happy new year.

Manager was quite rude putting a refund through, gave me my change and continued on the computer showing the volunteer, had me waiting and all I said was can I go now and her reply was why have you got somewhere to be?" Sarcastically. Not very professional or pleasant."

They have lovely furniture and stuff. Not the cheapest charity shop out there. Cancer research in town is cheaper. But easy to access by car and can easily give donations by car.

Before my house move and clear out , this place has been a god send for me . They came and collected a van full of brand new and old stuff I've never used. They took it all, and I've since taken more to this store, I'm pleased it gone on to help other people in less fortunate situation.

My mom sadly passed away in July so myself and my siblings have been clearing the house as my mom was a bit of a hoarder. Over several weeks, we made a trip to the shop with many possessions (many of which were brand new). We really wanted to help by giving them to a charity organisation. Each time we went, the staff were very rude and ungrateful, finding something to moan about!When we went today, the man behind the counter said, “ We are over run!”I replied, “So you don’t want anything then?”He mumbled something under his breath; made me feel like I was committing a crime!The lady, behind the counter then told me she wasn’t accepting books this week. I didn’t want to sort through all the boxes so said I would take the items elsewhere and asked them where I could take them that wasn’t too far away. They just shrugged their shoulders.I didn’t realise that giving to charity could be so.distressing.I drove all the way to Walsall, and gave the items to Cancer research. What a completely different experience. The staff were so pleasant and extremely grateful!

I would give this charity shop 5 stars if it was not for the constant mess outside the store. It's a local eye sore. I understand people are going through the bins but maybe the store needs a secure bin area building or some locks putting on the bins. And maybe put as much effort into cleaning it up as you would sorting the store. I've never gone past this charity shop when its been clean outside.

Great location, parking available and friendly staff
