We came to Slack & Andrews for our wedding rings after being recommended by a friend. The team was friendly, listened to what we wanted (two plain bands, his in Platinum mine in yellow gold but shaped to nest with my engagement ring) and gave really useful advice. There was no pressure or hard sell, unlike the couple of other places we'd tried, just really knowledgeable, personable and friendly service. They were also brilliant with us through a postponement because of the pandemic, storing the rings for us and making adjustments ahead of our new date. The rings are really beautiful, exactly what we wanted snd it's a pleasure to wear them every day! I'm sure we'll be back in future and would recommend them highly to anyone else!

I have to say my experience with S&A was superb from start to finish and I would highly recommend to anyone. Absolutely fantastic service from Steve. I wanted to get my wedding ring altered and the jeweller I bought it from said it would take two weeks to do the work. Steve did the job incredibly quickly and was a really nice guy to deal with too. I'm delighted with the results and can't praise Steve highly enough. Thank you!
