We have used Total Shred for a few years now. We had a lot of financial papers which would have been too many for our home shredder. We contacted Total Shred and an appointment was quickly and easily set up for them to shred on site. Their communication was excellent from booking to the actual shredding. They arrived during the time window given, and quickly and efficiently disposed of the papers. The driver and his assistant were polite and friendly and I was impressed by the speed of the operation. Their charges are reasonable too. Happy to recommend them.

What an organised company! They are so efficient, professional and friendly. We had one tonne of shredding and we were blown away with how quick they were. Everything is kept secure so you have complete peace of mind. A special thank you to Jo in the office who organised our appointments - she is SO friendly and also George and Manan who came out to do the shredding - amazing people! Thank you!!

The drive in service was friendly helpful and efficient. I'd give 5 stars if it was easier to find the way in. Turn left just before Devonshire House then right and down to the gate at the end.

Total Shred is a brilliant company from start to finish. We were having a clear out of paperwork and knew it would take too long with a home shredder - Total Shred’s drive-thru service is an excellent alternative. Kam and the team (especially the person who worked at the drive-thru) are great, professional, and friendly. If you’re thinking of using Total Shred, I’d highly recommend it.

Affordable, efficient, turned-up on time, picked-up shredding bags and went in a couple of minutes. Unless they shred at pick-up (a more expensive option), you have to rely on their promises of confidentiality and ISO compliance - but no reason to think that they don’t do what they promise to.
