I would like to start this review by thanking James Hogbens for his recent Home Buyers Level 2 survey.His professional services are excellent, his survey report was extremely detailed and was accompanied by lots of very clear and precise photographs, his photos taken by a drone of the roof area were fantastic too.James followed up his visit to the property with a verbal report on the phone to me on the same day as his visit to the property. He then sent his written report a couple of days later. James was very happy to speak to me on the phone again to discuss my questions that arose after I had received his report.I found James to be very approachable and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to offer good advice and recommendations for local tradespersons or companies that may be useful for home improvement work that may be needed in the future.I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending James Hogbens services. I will definitely contact him again for any surveying requirements that I or my family may have in the future.Once again, thank you James.

We got a first class detailed survey. A simple ‘traffic light’ system highlights concerns, opinion was helpful and the detailed photography (the roof was explored thoroughly by a drone) ensured everything was examined. Total reassurance.

James was so beyond helpful, efficient, friendly and calming at what was a stressful time. Excellent communication, nothing was any trouble. I can’t recommend Hogbens enough. I am very impressed with the level 3 survey report that was provided by James. It is extremely thorough and has given my partner and I a full picture of the property we are purchasing. The report was received 5 days after the inspection was done, along with the original copies of all pictures taken which are very useful to have. The drone pictures of the roof and surrounding area are particularly invaluable with high quality images. Overall, I am really impressed and can thoroughly recommend James' services. Worth every penny!

Hogbens couldn’t have been more helpful and professional in both the level 3 survey we requested and the additional help following the survey. James does a brilliant job of helping you understand what your survey really means. His approach is wonderfully thorough, whilst also not scaremongering - he is realistic and reliable. He is also super helpful with providing recommendations of next actions and supplies contacts if required. All round a great service.
