Glyn Hopkin Renault Colchester

We picked up our new Dacia Duster from Glynn Hopkins Colchester on Saturday. And I would like to say that firstly we are very pleased with the car. Secondly I would like to thank the salesman Liam for his excellent customer service. We were kept fully informed during the delivery process. And Liam made us feel extra special on the day of collection with a few extra touches. This is the third new Dacia we have purchased from Glynn Hopkins and I would recommend them both for the customer service and after sales service.

I would just like to say I've had many cars from differentdealerships and this was the most pleasant informative I've ever had. I was given regular updates on the whereabouts of my car. Received my car on the exact date planned and when I received my car I was so pleased from it being uncovered to sitting in it and being talked through everything until I was happy. My salesman was kind polite and understanding of my needs all in all a very satisfied customer thank you very much

Where do I start... Well Liam, has taken all the stress of buying a car away and has covered all my requests through a prestige service and upmost care. I requested a full video up close of the vehicles condition and his answer was that's something he does as normal but I was concerned as my experience from past company (different) and salesmen,... HOWEVER WOW, talk about listening and providing exactly what I requested and fully covered every inch of the car with a great detail and persona throughout. On top of this he made sure after the request of mopping the Vechile that it was to not just my standards but his own and that was very much appreciated. Very happy with our new Renault Captur II hybrid. It's very easy to drive and has the benefit of EV mode around town and Sport mode, to make overtaking easy and safe. Our main dealership contact really knows his subject. His enthusiasm for Renault cars is very evident and his level of customer service is excellent. I don't have any reservations about recommending the Glyn Hopkin dealership to anyone.
