Very helpful and professional. They don't have appointments system. First come, first serve.. Whenever i visited i dealt by professionally. Toilet and waiting facilities are available. Parking spaces are also available which are back side of office :)

Went and had my meter changed today. Pleasant guy very knowledgeable about the new info and tariffs. The office is a delight, loads of different and very old meters….very interesting. Also……small basket of sweets on the desk to help yourself……nice.
