Staff were great,if a little pushy but that's salesmanship,and their prices are pretty good too. Bought a beautiful epiphone J-200 studio electric-acoustic and it plays and sounds like a real high end guitar. Just added the hyvibe system to it,and just.....WOW. Connor Whyte at the Dunfermline store was very helpful , knowledgeable and personable . He gave great advice on both the guitar and the accessories I needed , he also adjusted the action of the guitar . Add this to the nice atmosphere and competitive prices at Kenny’s , all in all a great expetience.

Went in just to have a look at the Gibsons as I was interested in getting a Les Paul Classic, spoke to Connor and he let me know there was one that just came in stock. I was impressed with his knowledge of not only these models but other guitars I was interested in also…he let me try the Classic out and I needless to say it took no more convincing. I walked away with that one that day. Great customer service all round

Recently exchanged a Blackstar St James 50 combo EL34 for the 6L6 version and had the absolutely best experience ever, with Ryan who works there! He went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction in making my purchase and made it a very easy buying experience. Bought a Les Paul, a Martin acoustic and an amp from kenny's now and never once been disappointed. Best music store in Glasgow in my books, I most certainly recommend!!! :))

Packaging and delivery were top class.The guitar is blemish free, no dinosaur or scratches.Look for my next post for playability, but up to now fantastic.Staff in store were really helpful.
