I'm never using this cab company again.When I've used this cab company previously they've been really good, drivers and controllers were all very friendly.However a couple of days ago the cab didn't turn up for 45 mins when I was told 15 mins and then told another 5 mins each time I called back.I called last night and booked a cab for 08:00 today. It's now nearly 09:00 and a cab still hasn't arrived. When I called I kept being told another 10 mins and eventually the controller told me he couldn't get a cab to me and told me to ring another company.If they'd being honest and told me either an accurate time or admitted they couldn't get a cab to me then I would've understood.

Pre booked a service over a week ago for 6 people including baby for £120. Manchester to Chester at 6.15am to only find out they didn't have taxis available on the day at that time of which they never informed us. I called up asking where they were and he said we don't have anyone available. Worst possible service and the guy over the phone didnt even care. Avoid these guys at all costs."

Booked a taxi with this company after being let down by another last minute. A lovely driver arrived helped pack my bags in the boot and was lovely to sit and have a chat with on my way home was so polite and friendly I instantly felt comfortable. Very cheap for the journey. He even let me charge my phone after it being dead for hours. Thanks so much and ill be back again

I’ve been ringing the number that is shown on google since weds, and all that it has been saying is “this caller is on another call ring back later.” Then ends the call… One of your drivers has my phone and is refusing to give it back, so it’s thief and the police have been informed. Thanks

Worst service ever, pre-booked 4 hours earlier and they never came making excuses that had to fill up the car ect. If you need reliable service avoid ! ( On response to the response below, that is a bunch of lies, we stood in the doors of hotel looking at the parking from 8:35 till 9:00, booking time was 8;35 , was called by the driver at 8:45 that he will be late and then never showed up. At least have a decency to admin your fault).

LEFT ME STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT WITH A 3 YEAR OLD AT 1AM. I prebooked a return taxi to/from Manchester Airport a few weeks before my holiday. For my return journey I was advised that they would not book a specific time for me, instead I should call on the day once I had collected my luggage just in case there were any delays at the airport so the driver wouldn't be kept waiting. I mentioned that I was on a late flight but was assured that somebody would be in the office 24hrs and would be able to assist me.The driver was 15 mins late on my journey to the airport but other than this I had no issues on the way there. Once my flight landed and I collected my luggage I called max cars and advised that I was ready for my return cab. They advised that they did not have a booking against my name/number. I explained that this was clearly an error on their part and detailed the conversation that we'd had a few weeks ago as well as referencing the journey to the airport. I was passed around a few people in the office, each equally unhelpful and maintaining that there was no booking. I have absolutely no reason to fabricate a booking, max cars dropped me off to the airport, failed to add my return journey to the system and then left me stranded at the airport at 1am, with a very tired 3 year old. Shocking service, clearly this was an error on their part and a driver should have been sent out to rectify the issue instead of leaving me stranded at the airport. Will never use max cars again and will be advising all friends, family and social media followers to do the same.

tried over 140 times in one day to contact them ( yes i have screen shots to prove ) Phone permanently the hook, no replies on emails through their website, app is a waste of time , just gives unavailable for several diffe=erent journeys,HAVE THEY CLOSED OR WHAT !!!
