good location. very friendly receptionist who made me a cup of tea on a freezing morning (I was early due to bus times). Helen was a model of courtesy and efficiency. I can hear so well now that everyone seems to be shouting!

I neede areplacement aid as I had lost one and their help through the insurance claim and my appointment to replace it went very smoothly, whilst there i was given a full check and everything was explained clearly. I would certainly recommend the use of this practice

I was introduced to Hearing Check SB in October last year and the professional advice given was superb , it gave me a whole new experience of living with much improved hearing.I hadn’t appreciated the effect of such clear hearing until I went to the theatre in Leeds to see (and hear properly) Les Miserables.I was so impressed that on the spot I offered for my wife Marion to have a consultation with GEBThis resulted in Marion also being prescribed a new aid and she is equally impressed with the overall outcome and the quality of service given by GEB

After several years knowing that I probably needed hearing aids but didn’t want to face up to it, I finally took the leap and booked an appointment with Jed. We had a good chat and after the test it was clear I needed help with hearing and he laid out all the options available with associated costs which is important as hearing aids are not a cheap purchase and it’s important to make the right choice. I’ve had them now for nearly and year and they have made such a difference. They are very discreet and easy to get used to. I’ve had to go back a couple of times with problems caused by me (!) and the after sales service is very good. I’d definitely recommend Jed and Hearing Aid Sowerby Bridge.

I saw a gentleman called Ged Rowbottom who carried out the Micro Suction process effectively. He was very informative and explained the workings of ones ears very well. He also did a hearing test and sent me the report.

First class service with excellent equipment leads to a great job.My hearing was extremely damaged from my history of noisy industrial environments and a severe fall some 17 years ago.I was amazed by the improvement made possible by the hearing aids!I can now enjoy music for the first time in years, sound quality is excellent. A better hands free phone application is hard to imagine.Thank you for your professional help

Clinic is spotlessly clean, staff friendly and helpful. Chris was very good at explaining the procedure and I’m pleased with the result. My hearing is much improved.
