Helen is truly the standard to how all other mortgage advisors should be. Her communication is timely and to the point, she will tell you the facts of the matter and not lead you down the garden path. If it can be done, Helen is the one who will be able to do it. She does not accept no for answer. We would have been faced with over £12k early payment charges, but with Helen’s expertise, these were avoided and she was also able to navigate other difficulties in purchasing our property.
