I have never experienced such immaculate and personal care like I did here. Every question was answered with patience and in detail. Giving me the opportunity to learn more about my vehicle and a new and exciting way I can take good care of it.I highly recommend this business to the whole world. Every staff member has a great sense of humour and a brilliant capacity to engage with me as a customer. I was seen heard and remembered. Amazing customer service . Everything I was curious about was carefully attended to giving me more information and knowledge in an area I knew nothing about. Currently all the work done for me is proving to be top class. I have fallen in a new love for my vehicle. I don’t want to stop driving it. I am planning to drive through Europe. I cannot believe my vehicle had the ability to move the way it does. Sometimes it is so exciting, I have to speak to it to calm itself down. This is the result of the exquisite service I received from this business and its owner and amazing staff. Oh yes, I forgot about the cost of fuel. Oh well I’m sure that will sort itself out. I am going through Europe and down through Africa to demonstrate how a vehicle should be attended to by good and professional tradesmen and women. Yes this is them Xpress Garage & Tyres. Dropped in with my own supplied tyres and was helped by a guy called Bailey (apologies for incorrect spelling!). I explained how my wheels had been refurbished recently with nil marks on them.He took this on board and he took great care and fitted 4 tyres without marking a single wheel. Great service from him and Xpress as a whole. Will be back once they need replacing. Cheers team.

Absolutely disgusted! I used express garage to fit new tyres and tracking on my taxi yesterday 18/09/23.A knocking noise started coming from the passenger side wheel at the end of a night after carrying 6 passengers all night only from Falmouth to Penryn campus" the knocking got so bad I had to pull over because it sounded like the wheel was going to come off. To my complete shock the wheel nuts was no less than hand tightened up! The locking wheel nut I could actually undo by Hand! As a Taxi driver I carry passengers onboard days and evenings and eairler that day I actually had children in the car! You put the safely of myself and the public in serious danger!I take safety seriously and the importance of maintaining a safe car especially when transporting members of the pubilc is a top priority.I will not be using or recommending anyone to use express garage. You have left me utterly shocked.Luckily on this occasion nothing serious happened but if I hadn't checked the wheels this could of been so much different!Avoid! Highly recommend Xpress Garage having developped car troubles whilst on holiday- and on a weekend! Phoned on a Saturday morning and advised to bring in on Monday morning. Although they initially couldnt find the fault and were really busy they booked the car in and also gave a free courtesy car for us to continue to enjoy our holiday. Found and dealt with problem the following day. Morgan, the receptionist, kept us informed throughout and was very sympathetic to our dilemma and Mark, the mechanic who finally diagnosed and fixed our car was knowledgeable and inspired us with confidence. Price was acceptable too.An honest, trust worthy garage. Wish we lived nearer to use regularly.

Took our VW in for interim service and MOT. Very very impressed with customer service offered. Few advisories on MOT and we shall definitely be using Express Garage. And for future. Thanks.

We have just had our car valeted here and we are really really pleased with the result. I had been told that the seats would come up as new and thought this unlikely given the stains on them. The car was in a right state. A big thank you for this wonderful result. Anyone thinking of having your car valeted don't hesitate to come here

I arrived with 2 slow punctures after they’d closed on the weekend. I would imagine most places would have told me in no uncertain terms to come back next week, but they completely sorted me out with friendliness, politeness and professionalism- effectively eating into their weekend. I was extremely impressed- it’s how service used to be in ‘the good old days’. I will be taking my cars to them in the the future.
