I recently purchased laminate flooring from the WoodRoom and they were brilliant. The staff were friendly and knowledgable and there was a vast selection of flooring to choose from. Would 100% recommend!

We got herringbone laminate for our hall and dining room. A reasonable price and it looks absolutely beautiful.The fitter Jay took 3 days to lay it, was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommended

I agree the company has some lovely choices at competitive prices but I wouldn't recommend or shop here again. The flooring was booked 3 months in advance for fitting but there was a 'no show' on the expected date despite confirming the week before. A breakdown in communication over the deposit was the reason provided. I found the owner to be extremely rude - the impression was he chooses the jobs that bring in the most income and doesn't go the extra mile for his customers. I was simply told he 'doesn't have time to chase 100 customers' before being told to shop elsewhere.

If you're looking for wood or laminate flooring then here is perfect! So much choice and good quality with 25-30 year guarantees! The man who dealt with me was very helpful and patient showing me lots of examples. Lots of advice given, friendly staff and also gave me a sample to take home and borrow to see if I liked it.
