What an amazing stay we had. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Very strategic location with easy access to Southsea and nearby shops for groceries or anything else you might need. Communication with the host was thorough, they made sure we have everything we need and instructions were clearly laid out. Had no issues whatsoever. Apartment was well suited for a family of 4 with 2 double bedrooms, good amount of towels provided, and everything available if you wish to cook your own meals rather than eating out. The only tips from us: would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner/mop to be able to clean the floor if needed and also table lamps in the rooms would be useful as well. Nothing major though and it didn't affect our stay. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future. Brilliant service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stay here for a month and again 3 weeks a second time. I was so happy on my arrival, I found a high quality of furniture, a very confortable bed and all those things that makes you feel at home when you reach the apartment after travelling. Coffee, tea, essentials for washing and body. The apartment is fully furnished also if you'd like to cook your food at home. I highly recommend staying at Colin Ball. The team is also very helpful in case you have any question they help and contact them is very easy.

We had stayed for 4 days and we LOVED IT. So easy to book with them and the apartment was SPOTLESS. They checked up on us to make sure that we settled in okay which was very reassuring. I highly recommended staying with Oliverball Serviced Apartments. My partner and I will definitely be booking our next stay in April!!

we had an excellent time at Morley Cottage - it was perfect for our sort break stay, conveniently located for the bus ride into Historic Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays for the shopping. We also had some lovely walks along the beach, which was 5/10 minutes walk from the property. The information from Colin before, during and after was brilliant and meant we knew everything we needed to know - including the really helpful manual. Overall, we had a great time at Morley Cottage!

An excellent stay in this delightful house in a very quiet residential area, which was fully modernised to a very high degree, well equipped and comfortable. The location was great, a few minutes walk to a local supermarket and to the beach. We were able to park safety right outside. Communication was efficient and a comprehensive welcome pack and instruction manual covered everything that we needed. Thank you!

The apartment was an ideal location for attending my son's graduation and spending a few days in the area. It was very well maintained and the customer service was excellent, keeping us well informed throughout our stay.Thank you to the Oliverball team.

Our five day stay at Apartment 4 Hereford Rd, was thoroughly enjoyable, the accommodation was superb, it was spotlessly clean and suited the needs of us and our three young children really well.The beach and sea front was a ten minute walk, and we quickly worked out the number 2 and number 3 bus routes which stopped nearby and took us right to Gunwharf Keys and HMS Victory which were the main reason for visiting.The children loved the Pier with it's attractions, going up the Spinnaker Tower and enjoyed visiting the D day museum.Sadly I cannot give a perfect score for the stay as there was a complication with the refund of the £150 accidental damage deposit.The deposit was not obvious on the cottage. com web site when I paid for the booking, so another payment had to be made a few days later and then following the holiday that took ten days to be refunded.Other than this unfortunate clerical mix-up, we were very happy and would certainly book again.Clean, modern and welcoming; this is how all holiday apartments should be.

Spotlessly clean and very nice apartment. My daughter and I were staying in Portsmouth whilst visiting family and it was very comfortable and convenient. The booking process and communication were excellent as well. It would have been good if the outside courtyard could have been tidied and weeded. It was a mess and let the place down. Also would have been nice if the cleaning staff didn't hang around on the doorstep before check out.

A super stay for a week in this lovely quiet location in Southsea. Proximity to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, excellent bus service was a real bonus. We loved the area and in fact used our car only once in a week to visit the Isle of Wight.... preferring to walk and bus it everywhere! Loads to see for our first visit to Portsmouth.The accommodation was perfect for us. Comfortable, compact, airy, clean and well maintained to a high standard. Many thanks to Colin and Heidi for answering our questions before and during the visit..... good to know they were just at the end of a phone if needed.We were so lucky with the weather and thought the only small thing that would have been appreciated was a patio table at the front of the house to enjoy a g n t in the lovely early evenings we had! Not so vital if it had been raining of course!!!!Many thanks to all for making our stay so memorable and hope to return again in the not too distant future.

Lovely Accomodation and well suited for most group sizes! Great location for seafront, city centre and fratton park.Not a single issue to mention :)
