Chorlton Health Hub
I went to visit the Health Hub on Saturday. It is a great place with lots of things going on to do with wellness. As well as Pilates and Yoga there is a nutritionist, counsellors and physiotherapists. There is a very welcoming vibe, nice people!

I've been attending Kirsty's classes for years in person and more recently on Zoom. In fact I've just joined her members club for on demand videos! Kirsty is such a great teacher, she's encouraging, clear, friendly and dynamic. She provides classes that allow for all levels, helping you master the pilates exercises and build on them to improve, whilst also introducing enough new moves to always keep things fresh. I always feel 100 times better after taking one of Kirsty's classes. If you are looking for a new Pilates home or a place to try out Pilates, Habitual Fitness is it! Highly recommend.
