I’m so glad I looked on this review page ,same as person with strimmer who put up the last review . I brought my husky chainsaw for repair under warranty, as advised …same old sketch made me feel guilty that I had not put the chain on properly….poor communication. Never got back to me absolute nightmare ,don’t use !!!!

Don't bother! Had an absolute nightmare with them which took 5 months to get sorted. Made to feel like a liar after suggestions were made that my strimmer under warranty had been tampered with so warranty ended up being voided. Constantly had to phone for updates over lockdown. Calls often not returned. Replaced parts that did not solve problem. Finally picked up strimmer unfixed, got repaired elsewhere locally for half the price. Then received a bill in post for parts I'd already paid for plus extras. Fortunately head office sorted it out in the end.
