We contacted Weaver Flooring as we wanted to replace a carpet that they had supplied in 2002 with a similar design.They were extremely helpful and assisted us in identifying a suitable replacement within budget and fitted in with our time scales.We are delighted with the finished result. Excellent service from start to finish. We had been recommended to fit one of the Unnatural Flooring carpets in our hall, stairs & landing and they introduced us to Weaver flooring. They responded quickly to our request for a quote and Jarrod took time to measure precisely and explain the carpet product to us. Fitting was arranged swiftly and the fitters did an excellent job, tidying everything away when they finished. Gary kept in touch with us throughout, which was reassuring. Weaver Flooring are excellent. I had two bedrooms and a landing carpeted. I first visited the showroom with low expectations as I had a very limited budget and knew of Weaver's quality reputation. I didn't expect to be able to afford them. The customer service was excellent from the start. Other companies wouldn't give me the time of day but Gary in the showroom was so helpful and accommodating. Gary went out of his way to find me a quality carpet at a price I could afford.
